SUPERVISOR INTERNATIONAL HORTICULTURAL PROJECTS (USA)
Would you like to contribute to the realization of our complete high-tech greenhouse projects worldwide? We are looking for hands-on supervisors for our international projects, mainly in the US!

Dalsem Complete Greenhouse Projects develops and realizes complete high-tech greenhouse projects worldwide. We are a dynamic company where no workday is ever the same. All essential parts of the greenhouse and the required technical installations are developed and produced in our own factory in Den Hoorn.

JOB VACANCY 1: SUPERVISOR INTERNATIONAL - GREENHOUSE TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEMS
The main tasks consist of:
• Guidance of taking into operation and tuning of technical installations for heating, electrical, screen and water;
• Adjustments and tuning of the greenhouse computer controls;
• Communication between the customer and Dalsem;
• Reporting project on progress;
• Identifying additional or reduction of work;
• Monitoring planning on construction site;
• Chairing the coordination and work meetings.

JOB VACANCY 2: SUPERVISOR INTERNATIONAL - SPECIALISM TECHNOLOGY
The main tasks consist of:
• Taking charge of the construction site;
• Organizing building materials on the construction site;
• Supervising the construction of heating, electrical, screen installations and water technology;
• Communication between the customer and Dalsem;
• Reporting on project progress;
• Identifying additional or reduction of work;
• Monitoring planning of the construction site;
• Chairing coordination and work meetings.

For these positions we are looking for a new colleague with the following qualities:
• MBO+ operational and conceptual level;
• Experience in greenhouse technology is a plus;
• Knowledge of installation technology (by Dutch standard E and W);
• Good leadership skills and strong in organizing;
• Overview on site, but also an eye for detail;
• Pragmatic working attitude (result-oriented);
• Hands-on mentality (decisive);
• Affinity with traveling and working on location;
• Flexible employability; you can be away from home for a longer period of time (depending on the distance to the construction site);
• Persuasiveness and solid communication skills;
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dutch and/or English languages;
• Willing to take specific product courses (greenhouse computer controls).
• Preferably experienced in our industry for America
