Dalsem - Complete Greenhouse Projects, a leading international specialist in greenhouse design and construction, announces its partnership with Harvest Singularity to develop a 3‑hectare high‑tech lettuce greenhouse in Newberry, Florida. Construction will begin in May 2026 and marks the first phase of a long‑term strategic collaboration.

Engineered for Florida’s warm and humid climate, the greenhouse meets the highest standards of modern horticulture. Once operational, it will supply the U.S. market with fresh, locally grown, pesticide‑free lettuce — supporting a more resilient and sustainable food system.

From the initial concept, Dalsem and Harvest Singularity worked closely to create a design fully aligned with Harvest Singularity’s ambitions. The result is a tailor‑made solution that balances financial performance, climate optimization and operational efficiency. This project marks the first step in a broader rollout of multiple greenhouse developments
All core components are designed and manufactured by Dalsem, ensuring full system integration and consistent quality. The facility will include Dalsem Air Technology 2.0, advanced cooling, state‑of‑the‑art LED grow lighting and a mobile NFT gutter system — all optimized for high‑yield, year‑round lettuce production.

We collaborate with several industry‑leading partners. American Hydroponics supplies the complete NFT growing system for lettuce and leafy greens, offering reliable, efficient and scalable hydroponic solutions. JASA Packaging Solutions designs and builds the complete packaging line, delivering innovative, sustainable technologies for an integrated, high‑quality processing and packaging workflow. TTA-ISO provides advanced automated farming equipment, including automated transplanters and harvesting systems. As a Dutch horticultural automation specialist, TTA‑ISO enables an efficient, scalable and future‑proof production process through smart mechanisation. Together, these partners create a strong foundation for a future‑proof, high‑performing production chain.
