Michael Ploeg

Born and raised in the Netherlands, the ‘Silicon Valley’ of the horticultural industry, I have built more than 25 years of experience in the international horticulture sector. Over the course of my career, I have developed broad expertise across multiple areas of Controlled Environment Agriculture, including large-scale turnkey greenhouse projects, automation of young plant production, internal logistical systems, and irrigation and climate control systems.

Working at Dalsem allows me to bring together all this knowledge to create turnkey projects that add real value for both our clients and Dalsem. The world is changing, and so is our industry.
