As CEO of Dalsem, I take great pride in working every day on a company that has been part of the Dutch greenhouse horticulture tradition for nearly a century. By 2050, the global population is expected to reach 10 billion, increasing the world’s need for locally grown, sustainable, and affordable vegetables. It is highly motivating to know that we are able to contribute to this challenge every single day. Together with all Dalsem employees and our partners, we strive to make a difference.

I strongly believe in the Dutch manufacturing industry and in the power of open communication and close collaboration. My ambition is to ensure that Dalsem remains successful and relevant for the next 100 years—continuing to build on our strengths: Dutch craftsmanship, advanced technology, innovation, and a future-proof approach that positively impacts people and the environment.
