As Chief Operating Officer at Dalsem, I am responsible for the successful delivery of our international turn-key greenhouse projects. My work focuses on bringing together engineering, production, and execution to ensure that every project is technically robust, future-proof, and sustainable. I draw great energy from optimizing processes, connecting teams, and proactively addressing challenges, ensuring our projects run smoothly across the globe and in every climate zone.

The most rewarding part of my work is collaborating closely with our clients from the very first concept through to completion and aftercare. By thinking alongside them, carefully aligning each step in our process, and combining the right expertise, we ensure our projects fully meet client needs while showcasing the high quality, innovation, and reliability of Dutch greenhouse technology. My ambition is to grow Dalsem as an organization that is not only technically outstanding but also a benchmark for professionalism and sustainability in international horticulture.
